If your drink isn’t purple on the 8th of September when Olivia Rodrigo’s new album Guts gets released, can you even call yourself a fan? Debateable.
However that need not be the case, because I’ve got all the recipes for you right here on Smartblend so you can celebrate Guts in style!

Great For Making at Home
It may look a little over the top with the candy floss and Olivia Rodrigo garnishes. But it’s actually very easy to make at home.
All you need is;
Gin - Any gin will do, whatever your favorite is
Elderflower Liqueur - You can pick this up from almost any supermarket. Popular options are St.Germain but often there are cheaper options available if you’re on a budget
Lemon juice - Just pick up some fresh lemons and get squeezing
Soda water - Any will do
Purple food gel - This is what’s going to give our cocktail that Olivia Rodrigo signature shade of purple. You’ll often find them in the baking section of your local supermarket
The Garnish
For the garnish, we’re going to use candy floss. Once again, you will likely be able to get hold of this from your local supermarket.
Sticking out of that candy floss will be all the mini Olivia Rodrigo garnish toppers.
The toppers are also great for garnishing cakes.

- Mix everything apart from the soda water in a tall glass and stir to combine.
- Top with ice then fill with soda water.
- Garnish with your pink candy floss and Olivia Rodrigo toppers from the toppers section
