Pumpkin Spice Martini | Fun & Easy Halloween Cocktail Recipe

Pumpkin Spice martini being blowtorched.

With Halloween around the corner, it’s time to brush up on your spooky recipes.

Whether it’s for 1 or 2 people, or a entire party, I’ve got you covered.

Recipes for everyone

This year I’m doing 3 signature Halloween cocktails with different levels of difficulty. This Pumpkin Spice Martini will be the middle out of the 3. Meaning it’s perfect for;

  • Home bartenders

  • Inexperienced cocktail makers

  • Advanced bartenders

  • Anyone who wants an easy recipe to follow

  • Anyone who wants something quick to whip up with accessible ingredients

The Ingredients

You will need;

Maple Donut Whisky

Swear Jars maple donut whisky works perfect for this cocktail. Check out Swear Jars website to learn more about this whisky and where to buy it.

Espresso

If you don’t have a coffee machine don’t worry. Just use very strong instant coffee and it’ll still taste great!

Milk

Any milk will be fine for this, be it regular or a milk alternative. So just use the milk you would usually drink.

Pumpkin Spice Syrup

You can buy shop bought Pumpkin Spice syrup but I prefer to make my own. The easiest way to go about this is to just infuse sugar syrup with cloves, cinnamon and star anise to taste. On the recipe card I’ll list my personal recipe for Pumpkin Spice syrup.

All of the Halloween cocktails

I mentioned this is the easy cocktail recipe, if you want something even easier, try this toxic waste cocktail recipe. After that if you consider yourself ready to tackle the advanced cocktail recipe, try the Black Death.

All of them can be made at home so don’t worry about that.
