UK Eurovision Cocktail Recipe
Whether its to celebrate Eurovision or maybe just the fact that the sun is finally coming out. This British cocktail recipe is a great way to do so.
Basically any British celebration would suit this cocktail. I mean, we do love a good drink after all.
But I digress, Eurovision is on the way and Eurovision was why I created this specific cocktail so before anything, Eurovision is what we will make it for!
How to make a cocktail British
There’s a few ways to make a cocktail fit the theme of a country.
You could make it look like the country. Check out this Ukraine cocktail for an example of just that. It’s colours match the Ukraine flag, blue and yellow.
The last option is to garnish the cocktail with something that would suit a country. Like the cocktail you’re here to make, this represents the UK and is garnished with English strawberries and mint. Perfect.
It also helps that it has a nice glug of London dry gin and the Strawberry and Lime schnapps we will be adding by Flävar will really bring home those Great British flavours.

Each of these Eurovision cocktails will use one of the 5 flavours of Flävar. This one will use Strawberry and Lime.
Strawberry and lime is perfect for this because its such a British flavour combination for drinks AND for food. Mainly because mint is one of the only things we can grow in our awful weather.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a Collins Glass filled with cubed ice.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with strawberry wheels and fresh mint.
Notes
Top tip
For more strawberry flavour, muddle a few strawberries into the glass with a cocktail muddler or the back of a spoon before adding the rest of the ingredients.
